| The All Saints' Away Day held at Yatton Church Centre was led by the Ven Nicola Sullivan, Archdeacon of Wells, who had similarly joined members of the PCC and congregation at Backwell in 2006. This time her topic was specifically preparation for the season of Advent, and her gentle talks were interspersed with quiet times for individual reflection, reading, and prayer. At the end of the afternoon's session she presided over a celebration of Holy Communion. |
