From 10th July, the BI Flyer service between Bristol International Airport and Central Bristol will be enhanced.
There will now be two services alternating on half hour schedules giving Dragonflyer Members transport into Bristol four times an hour, seven days a week, 18 hours a day.
Service 330 will follow the same route as previously but will go to Clifton (Triangle, Whiteladies Road and Blackboy Hill)
Service 331 route will remain as it is today terminating at the Bus Station
Full details of the new services can be found on the Dragonflyer website at http://www.dragonflyermobility.co.uk/bi_flyer_info.html
We think this will be very helpful for those of you working at the University or the BBC and any members who need the Flyer for social purposes during evenings and weekends now that the Explorer’s evening service has been reduced. This may be particularly interesting to young people who don’t have the ability to drive or access to their own vehicle.
We continue to work on providing village shuttles between members’ homes and the airport and hope to have something in place around September. We recognize that this continues to be a key barrier to extending our membership.
Please pass this e-mail onto friends, family or colleagues who may be interested in an alternative to the car for their Bristol transport.
