		.... they are, of course, Rooster and Lily, who've worked out a plan to use Annie as the key to the loot, and then dispose of her ....
			.... President Roosevelt and his cabinet are also listening to a broadcast - about their alleged failings on the economic front - and they don't find this nearly so entertaining ....
		.... but the arrival of Warbucks with Annie in tow - and her indomitable optimism - soon begins to lift the gloom, not to mention some straight talking from Warbucks ....
