North Somerset Ploughing Match

The 181st North Somerset Ploughing Match has been rescheduled and will take place on Saturday 14th March 2026 at Lower Stock Farm, Wrington (BS40 5HT).
After last year’s postponement due to extremely dry ground conditions, the North Somerset Agricultural Society is pleased to bring competitors and enthusiasts together for a focused day celebrating traditional and modern ploughing.
This will be a low-key standalone event centred on the ploughing competitions themselves, featuring vintage, modern and horse-drawn classes. Spectators are very welcome to attend, with free entry and free parking on site. Please note that facilities will be minimal and there will be no trade stands or Craft & Produce Show this year.
